E3 partnered with Glen Rose Medical Center to deliver a comprehensive facility upgrade focused on energy efficiency, system reliability, and long-term operational savings. The fully engineered project was executed through a seamless design-build approach to minimize disruption to patient care while modernizing key infrastructure components.

HVAC Upgrades

• Replaced (2) air-cooled chillers and associated chilled water pumps
• Replaced (4) rooftop air handlers and refurbished (1) additional unit
• Replaced (2) DX rooftop air handlers and (5) packaged rooftop HVAC units
• Installed (21) VAV boxes serving Med-Surg patient areas
• Replaced (2) hot water boilers and associated hot water pumps
• Upgraded (2) domestic hot water heaters and pumps

Building Controls

• Complete conversion from pneumatic to direct digital controls (DDC) system

Electrical Improvements

• Upgraded one electrical panel to support new equipment

Lighting Improvements

• Retrofitted over 1,300 interior and exterior fixtures to LED technology
